As Vice President, AMERS for Company Partner Solutions (EPS), this role is uniquely positioned to help travel companies innovate and grow with the power of the biggest, global travel platform. You will drive the business of powering partners - from online and offline travel agents to airlines, corporate travel agencies and others - with Company technology. You will enable these businesses to realize their potential by utilizing the building blocks of Company technology.As a key member on the EPS Leadership Team, you will lead a team of business development and account management professionals and to achieve business objectives, partner closely with regional support teams (Partner Connect launch and optimization, Commercial Finance, Regional Analytics, Regional Customer Support). Success will stem from passion to grow Company Group through new partnerships with businesses that bring new travel demand to sell our travel products, while growing business with current partners. In this role, you will become a known leader in the travel industry as you develop a senior public profile that involves public speaking events, industry trade events and media opportunities. What you''ll do: Devise an enhanced operating strategy for the business with a 1, 2 and 3 year horizon, focused on commercial needs and active portfolio management across a diverse body of partners. You will create and implement the strategy to develop EPS''s standard scalable solutions across AMERSBe accountable for the delivery of all sales across EPS AMERS standard solutions. Responsibilities include pipeline management, deal qualification, and sales executionEnsure the team is on track to deliver against target and address any potential roadblocks quickly, transparently, and efficiently. Proactively identify factors affecting performance and deliver timely and relevant intelligenceDevelop and implement initiatives that will deliver increased efficiency and commercial excellence across the region, including a focus on reporting and analytical capability to ensure performance and related incentives are measured effectivelyPartner with the Product, Technology and Operations teams to build and deliver relevant product offerings, balancing the voice of the client and of the businessProvide impactful leadership and coaching, and create a compelling unifying vision that steers, motivates and develops the organization. Attract, hire and engage a skilled, ambitious, passionate and results-focused commercial team, both aligned to business development and account managementWho you are: You will have a demonstrable track-record in delivering to commercial targets in a B2B environment, ideally within a fast-paced, methodical and process-orientated environmentBe unwavering in your commitment to growth, enabled by an ability to identify and cultivate multiple revenue streams, take rapid decisions, penetrate new customers, launch new products and increase customers'' "share of spend"A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mind-set, a high level of ambition for growth and an analytically minded approach with proven negotiation and influencing skillsHave inclusive stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate, organize and prioritize critical workstreams to drive business results.
