Head of Operations

We are looking to hire a motivated Head of Operations who has experience confidently building and implementing processes and systems for the entire team and delivery. Someone who can focus on operationalizing business strategy as defined by the CEO, helping maximize profit and customer satisfaction and facilitating a positive company culture across all levels of the organization. This is a full-time remote position. RequirementsExcellent Native English communications skillsHas 3+ years of operations experienceHas 2+ years of experience in a leadership roleHas 2+ years experience working in the SEO or marketing industryExperience deploying & integrating new servicesHas at least 1 year of direct experience with SEO/digital marketingExperience having worked with a service provider or agency on an operations levelExperience with HR, recruiting and onboarding new staffHas experience in increasing both revenue & profit (i.e. improving company margins)Ability to create and refine efficient systems of doing things, both on a personal and company-wide levelHas experience analyzing and maintaining data related to operations and implementing changes accordingly
