This SUPPORT TECH Position Features:•Fulltime •Great Team •Monday - Friday•Great Pay to $58KImmediate need for support tech seeking fulltime , great team and Monday - Friday. 2 yrs experience in desktop support or system administrative, troubleshooting experience and network hardware support experience will be keys to success in this well-known, stable organization. Will be responsible for keep technology fully operational , trouble shoot software and hardware issues and maintain user accounts.Responsibilities•Main responsibility is keeping technology fully operational•Install, test, support, upgrade, configure, monitor, and maintain systems•Timely and efficiently respond and resolve IT issues and requests•Troubleshoot software and hardware issues•Provide technical support to staff (in-person or remotely)•Create, setup, and maintain user accounts across multiple platformsMinimum Requirements•Minimum of two years experience in desktop support or system administration•Experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues•Experience installing, operating, and maintaining Microsoft products (Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange, etc.)•Associates Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems•Network hardware support experience•Back end, front end, or full stack web development experience a plusGreat benefits.
