IT Project Management JG3 SPARK FDA is a continuation of 2020 POC and will focus on development of a scalable IT solution in a cloud based environment based on the success of the POC, including clean-up of legacy SM data across other product areas, incorporation of unstructured data sources. Link to TPM, ATS Trac, including visualization and integration solution designed to improve users experience and democratization of data. SPARK FDA Program is a broad perspective on key business processes and outcomes to improve overall bottom-line and add business value through strategic deliverables Responsibility: Project Manager will manage SPARK FDA Digitalization Program, a part of PTX/L digital ambition. SPARK FDA consist of 4 value streams: Data Foundation, Data Analytics and Insights, Digital Automation, Emerging Technologies and Digital Literacy. SPARK FDA will enable data democratization, business data governance, new technologies, solutions and tools with consistent stakeholder messaging and expectation management. PM will be: - Working with Product Manager Data and IDTMs and Business to develop the overall delivery plan/roadmap and working with delivery teams to execute the plan - Working with Product Manager Data to plan budget/resources to deliver the roadmap - Leading the scrum of scrums to deliver common outcomes. Being glue between delivery teams and solving blockers of dependencies between delivery teams - Coordinating between APD and delivery teams to drive solutions that deliver business value quickly while still flowing APD guidance - Member of the Natural Teams. - Member of the DME delivery core group Skills: - Experience in Project Management, Governance, Planning & Tracking and Project Assurance & Compliance - Experience working in Data space - Understanding of PTX/L business and data landscapes - Ability to deal with ambiguity
