Statisical Process Control Coordinator

Summary The statistical process control coordinator is responsible for coordinating PPAPs and fairs. Analysing data to ensure the controls we have in place are ensuring the customer''s requirements. To trouble shoot areas of concern that may affect customer requirements. They are responsible for creating reports and sending them on to our customers. They are responsible for working closely with quality and engineering to meet customer expectations. Help in the quality area with training of personnel and product flow throught the department. Position Responsibility ''• Coordinate efforts with various department to ensure proper procedures are followed to complete PPAPs and FAIRs • Analysis statistical data as required to ensure proper controls are in place to ensure compliance to customer requirements • Create reports, charts and data necessary to communicate to the customer about their product • Work with quality and engineering to gather data on control processes necessary for product compliance •Communicate with internal and external customers • Proficient in Microsoft Office products • Help with training of quality personnel ''
