Customer Service Representative

A successful candidate will be responsible for: Provide support to our Field Technicians by tracking and monitoring their daily productivity Communicate scheduling changes as necessary to the technicians Data entry -- code out of time/parts used by techs Reschedule calls -- must be professional and pleasant to our customers Position requirements: Minimum of 3-5+ years high volume dispatch/scheduling/customer service experience required (will train for dispatch if only customer service experience) Must be able to work an 8 hour shift daily, Monday - Friday, 8 am-5pm and ONE Saturday each month Clear, concise and professional verbal communication skills Strong ability to multi-task and handle pressure Ability to multitask and be detail oriented Work in a team environment and have a great attitude Knowledge of local tri-county geographical area Computer literate w/ strong data entry skills Ability to sit for long periods of time as this position requires data entry A/C, Plumbing and Appliance background is a PLUS Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus We offer: Competitive compensation Weekly payroll Paid training Career advancement opportunities Benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, Paid Vacation/Holidays, Paid Sick/Personal, 401(k) w/company match.
