Residue Management & Outsourcing Specialist

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Residue Management & Outsourcing Specialist in Chesterfield, MO. Job Summary: The successful candidate will be self-motivated, be process and detail-orientated and thrive in a team-based environment.The candidate will have strong communication skills with the ability to persuade others through verbal, interpersonal and written communications and be capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.Enter and perform quality control reviews of field trial study data in electronic systemsPerform quality control reviews of study documents and make appropriate changesCreate operational documents from electronic systems for protocol and study reportsTrack and follow up with Field Investigators on late or missing study documentsReceive, scan and file raw data for ongoing residue studies Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor''s degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, Biology, Crop Science, IT or a related field of studyMinimum of 2 or more years of relevant experienceProficient in Microsoft Excel & Word applicationsStrong result orientation, excellent organizational, problem solving and record keeping skillsAbility to take complex ideas and document in clear and succinct detailGood interpersonal and verbal skills Desired Skills/Experience: Experience utilizing SharePoint, GIMS, Spotfire, TrackWise, SMM, eStudy or FARMPDS Tech, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
