Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator supports the generation of data coming from production and shipping activities, and consolidated in dashboards and reports that are shared across departments. The information is obtained in various sources like Salesforce, spreadsheet, JDE and paper forms. Responsibilities Update Salesforce with data sheets, tracking information, serial numbersBilling validation and loading shipping information in SalesforceUpdate ERP Spreadsheet with new customer ordersUpdate stock transfer order spreadsheetUpdate chargers spreadsheetFile / Scan old sales ordersReview and prepare the production packageManage the parts ordersCapture assembly builds in MISysDaily dashboard load attendance, salesforce and ERP spreadsheet, and update chartsGenerate weekly spending report by departmentSupport for cycle count validations Qualifications Ability to work under safety conditionsAbility to prepare routine administrative paperworkAbility to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbersKnowledge of usage of spreadsheetsAbility to analyze and condensate data into reportsERP Software usage (JDE and Salesforce will be an advantage)Education, Experience, Skills Required:High diploma or equivalentHighly focus on detailsFamiliarized with warehouse environmentWorks well under pressure and with others.Candidate must have good organizational skills.
