HR Generalist East Moriches 11940 Assists employee relations including complaints, documentation and resolutions. Conducts confidential investigations and approved terminations Conducts team building as an avenue to resolve employee relation issues. Counsels employees and handles disciplinary write-ups as requested. Conducts agency in services as needed Assists with the updates and maintenance of the Salary Administration Plan. Assists the Assistant Director of Employee Relations with mandatory referrals to EAP as "Condition of Employment". Prepares the yearly EEO-1 report in conjunction with Assistant Director of Employee Relations. Audits agency handbook for compliance and handles revision updates throughout the year. Complies with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) legislation, the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and all other state and federal regulations. Generates enhancement spreadsheets and reports as needed. Assists with legal matters as directed.
