Staff Accountant - Global Company/Family Feel CFS has partnered up with a company, making additional investments to grow their business, for a Staff Accountant reporting directly to the Controller What we like about this Opportunity; WW Company with a family feel here in the US - growing - just made a $25M investment in a new production location Small company feel - CEO/CFO are in the same building as finance - during normal times they like to sit with everyone in the café and get to know them. Flex time for doc visits etc. Currently on hybrid plan due to Covid. CEO is big into health and fitness. They have different initiatives around this: water challenges, raffles, etc. $250 per year reimbursement towards gym memberships! Large holiday parties and summer BBQs with food trucks! The Staff Accountant role: Assist with the month end close process : Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, analyze general ledger accounts, prepare monthly reports. Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement Monitor compliance with GAAP and Company procedures. Assist with the budget process. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Qualifications of the Staff Accountant BS Accounting 1-3 years accounting experience Proficient in MS Excel CFS2021
