POSITION SUMMARYLooking for an excellent AR Specialist to assist a dynamic team for a six-month contact assignment! Will be reporting to Accounts Receivable Manager and will be required to operate in multiple capacities including account reconciliations, collections, and invoicing. Will be working onsite!RESPONSIBILITIESPerform accounts receivable and clerical functionsResearch, track, and resolve accounting problemsContact customers to determine reason for payment delinquency on past due invoicesManage customer portfolio of focus customers primarily related to groups and larger volume dealersDaily collection calls while documenting all notes in financial system related to all customer conversations including emails and lettersResolve balances over 91 days to keep up with quarterly aging bucket goals determined by Sr. Management teamEscalate and work directly with Sales Managers and Customer Success Managers to resolve any product or billing disputes resulting in past due AR balancesKeys to HirePrevious experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit and/or CollectionsPrevious experience with ERPA background in either finance or accountingFamiliar with credit card transactions, processing, ACH and online payment portalsEducates customers on their alternatives and the ramifications of their actions if invoices are not paid in a timely mannerNegotiation skills - familiar with payment plans & how to negotiate and prepare themAbility to exhibit composure and confidence when dealing with stressful or high-pressure situationsWorks well in a challenging high growth environment that is constantly changingIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency with heavy excelWe are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
