Tarvos Talent has a client looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk that can be immediately available within the Austin, Texas area for a contract-to-hire position.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have the ability to develop and maintain relationships with vendors, process a minimum of 100 invoices a week and trouble shoot as needed around Accounts Payable.
Qualifications
1 - 2 years in accounting or related field
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processing and General Ledger system
Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
Detail oriented
Proficient in QuickBooks
Multi-tasking & critical thinking skills
