Works with Product Management and other teams regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements. Understand how the proposed solution can provide/enhance business value and recommend alternate ways to configure the solution to get the best value for the customer. Recognizes and highlights incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects.Work with key business stakeholders and demonstrate product knowledge and business domain expertiseDevelops functional business process test scripts which outline new or updated end-user functional processes supported by the solution design which may include standard application functionality, customized modifications, data interfaces, reports/layouts Determine how the solution would operate once transitioned to support/maintenance teams. Associate is expected to work on both Deploy/Operate in SaaS world. Serves as a functional liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between BY project team, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors Understand the SaaS Dev Ops process and ensure that project team follows recommended guidelines for test automation, upgrades, code management in consultation with the Technical Architect ProfileThe main qualifications are: 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Control Tower or Logistics or Transportation Management or OMS/Inventory management domain or as a consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers. Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as i2, Oracle, SAP or leading ERP may be considered.Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of Order Management/Supply Planning/Inventory optimization concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain requiredExposure to supply chain Visibility solution especially in the Execution space is preferredExposure and understanding of SaaS technologies as a techno-functional resource is preferredExperience in Agile Implementation methodology is preferred Job OfferCompetitive Salary + Great Benefits
