A successful candidate will be responsible for: Provide support to our Field Technicians by tracking and monitoring their daily productivity Communicate scheduling changes as necessary to the technicians Data entry - code out of time/parts used by techs Reschedule calls - must be professional and pleasant to our customers Work closely with other departments and managers Excellent communication skills Detail oriented and multitasking skills Strong technical skills; ability to type, talk and navigate within a CRM system
