Long term temp IT Help Desk Specialist- law firm

Are you an IT Help Desk Specialist? Do you have law firm experience? Are you looking to gain some experience with a terrific firm? If so, R & W Group has a long term temporary need for a Technical Support Analyst for one of our favorite law firm clients in downtown DC. In this role you would work with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff as part of the IT department. Your responsibilities would be to assist with all software and hardware issues, including investigate and resolve software and hardware problems, serve as vendor contact, assist with one-on-one user training, build firm standard PC''s laptops, and maintain Blackberrys, iPhones, Androids and iPads. You must have solid communication skills and be comfortable working in a professional setting. This is a tremendous opportunity. The office is Metro accessible.
