Department Summary AILA''s Technology Strategy and Services department oversees all internal and external technology used by the AILA Association. The internal IT side oversees and is responsible for the health and security of network services (including, but not limited to, servers, workstations, peripherals and phones); Association and Council end-user technology support; and identifies and administers emerging technologies to meet the Association''s ever-changing needs. The Online Services side is responsible for the overall vision and implementation of the technology behind the Association''s member management systems, websites, e-commerce systems and the major related properties. Together the team provides helpdesk support for all forms of internal and external technology in use at AILA. The team also provides the project management skills to work with staff and vendors to take new features from idea to implementation. The department works on finding technology solutions that can help to foster a culture of innovation, creativity and collaborations across the entire association. Position Summary The Technology Implementation Analyst serves as the point person for new technology needs of AILA departments. Primary responsibilities of the position include: Works across the Association to analyzes business processes and technology solutions to determine what improvements in each area are needed. Provide ongoing training and user support to staff; including personal training, documentation and recorded tutorials. Participates in the discovery, requirements and testing process for new technology initiatives Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for association technology and collaborates with technology team to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions. Key participant in internal/external meetings related to project conception, discovery, and delivery Serves as the technology owner and/or co-owner of multiple custom platforms including AMS, CMS, Third-party connections, and Talent Database.
