Pay/Hours: Pay Rate: $28-30 Hourly Hours: Full time 4/10 hour shifts-we do not offer 12 hour shifts or part time hoursPriority schedules are late day and overnight shiftsWe may have some daytime shifts with 5 or 6 AM starts however, these will not be the priority shifts at this timeEvery schedule will have a weekend day, either Saturday or SundayWe can offer full weekend shifts, Thursday thru Sunday although this is not usually a favored shiftWe are work from home however, we will begin a transition back into office environment between October and January. Job Description: 100% on the phone - inbound crisis calls and outbound follow up calls Inbound - IB Crisis calls from Centene Health Plan Members. In Arizona, IB crisis calls from populations in Southern Arizona Outbound calls are for people who have already called into the crisis line and check in on them Performance -quality, effective clinical intervention and resolution. Engagement with the caller and understanding needs, assessing crisis, conducting triage and assessment for most appropriate outcome. Ideal candidate would have crisis work in their background, behavioral health agencies who have handled crisis calls, High volume, high demand position, difficult callers due to mental health sx and dx. 24/7 call center, ability to multi task, communicate effectively is required. Position can be stressful due to nature of calls. Similar to 911 operations. Requirements: Master Degree will be required for any Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Behavioral health experience LPC, LCSW, LASAC, LMFT, LP, LISAC, LMSW, LAC Why Apply: Company Benefits!
