Job Description:Equities Electronic Trading Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team LeadSite Reliability Engineering (SRE) is an exciting and emerging role that applies engineering discipline to proactively solve operational problems, focused on mitigating incidents while optimizing large-scale, massively distributed, fault-tolerant systems with the goal of improving overall availability, reliability, resiliency, scalability, performance and customer experience. The SRE Team Lead will be part of the global SRE team, ensure the SRE framework is applied to Products and applications, drive implementation of organizational-wide solutions in collaboration with product, application development, architecture, enterprise, infrastructure and vendor teams, oversee the SRE Team activities, and the SRE Community of Practice. The SRE Team Lead needs to be a hands-on technologist, who is a strong collaborator and addition to a strong development background, this role requires a financial background and/or a strong understanding of global markets. Hands-on development experience with pre trade, trade capture systems, reference data, market data, electronic trading and post trade systems is highly preferred. Must have front-office trading experience with an engineering leadership mindset, strong communicator with ownership and drive.
