In this role, the Medical Assistant will help with the facility''s COVID-19 testing process. Responsibilities The Medical Assistant will: Thoroughly abide by and flawlessly executes PCR, Antibody, and other lab testing protocols Prepare three tube labels and lab requisition place in bag and offer to phlebotomist. Label blood SST, reagent mix tube, and testing tray Monitor for control line Begin monitor for Test line at 10- minutes Chart result in TEst REsult log Minimum Qualifications Prior experience working with HIPAA protocols to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy Prior testing experience Excellent attention to detail Demonstrated problem-solving skills Proven track record of demonstrating initiative to resolve patient or customer issues Ability to multitask
