Program Director (LMSW / LCSW / LMHC)

A nonprofit services organization in New York City is currently seeking a new, experienced Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and/or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join their staff as their new Program Director. In this role, the Program Director (LMSW / LCSW / LMHC) will be responsible for the overall program operation of Adult Home Referral program. Responsibilities: The Program Director (LMSW / LCSW / LMHC) will be responsible for: Management & supervision of staff Overseeing the development and implementation of program enhancements Evaluation of policies and implementing QI and incident report procedures for the program Handling crisis availability and referral procedures Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant work experience Bachelor''s and/or Master''s Degree in a related field NYS Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and/or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of Adult Homes, OMH Adult Home Initiative, older population and Mental Illness Experience working with the Mental Health, Chronic Medical, and/or Substance Abuse population Thorough knowledge of Program Development, Implementation methodology, and Research methods & techniques Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized
