Job Title - OpenText Developer Location - Remote until Covid, later Washington, DC Must Have Skills - 7 + Years of experience with Opentext Content Server , Adlib, Brava, eLink, QMS , CAD, Oscripts. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Job Description - You would be responsible for OpenText Content Server development and support .Also well versed in OpenText Content Server . We are looking for strong OpenText Senior Associate level resource based out of US with good experience in admin and application support for OpenText. Knowledge in ITIL framework is also required. Should have experience in production and admin support, handled change management and release management. Roles and responsibilities Included Production and application support, Change and Release Management, Coaching other team members, willing to learn new tools, Onsite offshore coordination, client communication, good verbal and written skills, Flexible team player and quick learner. . Strong Content Server Administration skills & Good knowledge on development . Good Communication skills . Good knowledge on workflows, LiveReports and WebReports . Good Knowledge on ITIL process . Having experience in Client interaction with respect to understand the issues and gather requirements. Having good experience in Offshore & Onsite coordination.Design and develop new applications forms reports workflows leveraging OpenText Content Server Build and modify OpenText Content Server workflows forms reports and custom taxonomymetadata according to specifications and expand upon existing applications to meet ongoing needs Collaborate on requirements and solution design. Problem Management - Reactive/proactive problem management, root cause analysis and periodic trend analysis End User and technical Support - Provide support, advice and assistance to end users Work with BA / Architect teams to understand requirements and participate in design for minor enhancements Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and delivery of break / fix solutions for applications Ability to work intuitively, along or as part of a team environment Professional, precise communication skills Provide estimates and prepare technical specification based on understanding of functional specification Design and code based on development standards and approaches PPerform development quality checks Provide guidance and leadership to less experienced developers Perform unit testing Assist with functional acceptance testing as needed Provide timely defect resolution to minimize delays in project timeline Assist with code build and deployment process Provide timely status updates Contribute understand and adhere to Application Development processes software development standards and technical approaches relevant to assigned technology .LI-PT1 CB Must Have Skills - 7 + Years of experience with Opentext Content Server , Adlib, Brava, eLink, QMS , CAD, Oscripts.
