Urgent Care NP / PA

A healthcare organization in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) for a promising opportunity with their Urgent Care team in Manhattan. Responsibilities: The Urgent Care NP / PA will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for patients and families with acute and chronic health needs. Qualifications: 1+ year of experience working in an Emergency Department and/or Urgent Care setting Bachelor''s Degree in a related field Graduate from accredited Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant (PA) Program NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license BLS certifications Solid assessment, clinical, and documentations kills Patient oriented Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills: ACLS certification
