Unified Network Communications Engineer Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Unified Network Communications Engineer you will play an integral part within our client''s Information Technology Department. This position will provide both backend technology management, as well as customer-facing training and support.Specific duties in this role include: Manage enterprise network Configure, update, and patch Palo firewalls both onsite and in Azure Deployment of new laptops Manage vendor performance and assure vendor agreements are being met Operate in a mixed Windows and Mac environment Provide Tier 1-3 customer support, including real-time assistance and troubleshooting Other network engineer duties Job Requirements Unified Network Communications Engineer Requirements We are looking for a Unified Network Communications Engineer who is proactive, motivated, and has strong customer service skills. You will be apart of a strong team with excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teammates.
