Quality Inspector/GNI

Hours : Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm, occasional OT, 1/2 lunch, 2 breaks Length of assignment: Evaluation Hire (temp to hire) depending on job performance, attitude, and attendance The successful candidate will have experience inspecting printed circuit boards for component placement and value, hand, and machine soldering criteria. Hand soldering, mechanical assembly, IPC and JSTD, ad inspecting printed circuit board assemblies will be required. Some inspection of mechanical assemblies. Certifications or familiarity with IPC and JSTD workmanship standards a plus. -Perform visual audits on assemblies (boards & box builds) and components, including: - First piece approval - Final inspection - Certificate of conformance - Incoming inspection - In-process -Database entry of all audit results -Assist QM - Code parts into MRP system Dress code : Jeans/longer shorts, t-shirt, close toed shoes, no skinny tank tops allowed ESO jacket provided, bootstraps and safety glasses
