Must be able to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.Why join us?Top-rated Tax Resolution company!Growing company- have tripled in the last 3 years!Make a difference in people''s lives!Job DetailsResponsibilities: Oversee the Sales department of our Los Angeles and Orange County office consisting of dialers & closers selling Tax Resolution, Tax Return Preparation, Bookkeeping & new services that we may release from time to time. Hands-on oversight of the Sales pipeline while monitoring & enforcing strict SLA''s to ensure timely progress of all prospects. Developing & executing strategic plans to achieve monthly sales targets (both individual & department) & expand our customer base. Responsible for new employee & continuous training of our Sales staff. Listen to call recordings to ensure Sales staff are adhering to compliance standards as well as for training purposes. Conduct continuous individual & department meetings. Oversee departmental metrics & scheduled reporting including but not limited to inbound/outbound call data, close rates, lead source performance, prospect follow ups, refundamounts & rates, ROI for each staff member & lead source, prospect aging & much more. Set department & individual staff sales targets & coach staff on how to reach them. Oversee staff work, lunch & break schedules, & adherence thereto. Work closely with our Marketing team on providing feedback on lead source performance. Liaise regularly with other department managers including Reception, Customer Service, Resolution, Tax Preparation, Document Processing & more. Make recommendations on Sales department processes & procedures. Take escalation calls as necessary. Manage call scripting & oversee adherence. Ensure proper staff usage of our CRM system. Building & maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Scale the department for continuous growth. Responsible for Sales production forecasting. Continuously motivate & coach the Sales team. Be the voice of company to the Sales staff.Must-have''s: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Leadership role (i.e., Manager or higher) consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Tax relief industry experience preferred but not required. Debt relief experience (personal, student loan, collections) a plus. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products & services. Proven ability to position products against competitors. Must have a strong background within Sales of Financial Services Excellent coaching, motivating, listening, negotiation & presentation skills. Excellent verbal & written communications skills.
