You enjoy direct contribution at every level from long term strategy to team instrumentation and sprint details, in service of creating amazing customer experiences. You are also an experienced, articulate and high-EQ manager and leader. Hire, develop and mentor Product team members who thrive, succeed and grow their careers at the company.Research: partner with the Forge Design, Sales and Marketing teams to establish relationships with customers and conduct research into their needs, experiences, alternatives and constraints. Provide data-informed recommendations that lead to thoughtful roadmap plans. Create user journey maps and storyboards covering entire experiences from first impression to repeat interactions.Vision: develop, articulate, and continuously refine a Product vision for Forge Data, working closely with key internal stakeholders, partners and customers.Roadmap: expertly monitor and extrapolate industry trends, new client needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product roadmap and strategic differentiation. Develop, maintain and articulate a detailed product roadmap, operating an efficient and accountable Product practice that is aligned across strategy, priority, scope and agile execution. Gather, synthesize and leverage data to test all assumptions driving roadmap and priority systematically.Build: leverage your proven track record of successful new product development, in particular the introduction of industry-defining products that advanced and challenged standards within a regulatory landscape.Flexibility: comfortable with Product development efforts of all kinds, from quick swarms to capture an emergent opportunity, to thoroughly researched major strategic development efforts spanning months or quarters.Collaboration: collaborate openly and successfully with Design, Technology, Sales , Operations and beyond.
