Contact Express East Portland at 503-254-1200 or email our Contract and Professional Search Specialist [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] Benefits:Choice of two comprehensive medical plan options that include prescription drug coverageFull dental plan including preventative and diagnostic care, basic and major services, and orthodontia for childrenVision care, discounted hearing exams, and hearing aids401(k) retirement savings plan with company contributionLife, accident, and disability insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Education assistanceSeven paid holidays, vacation accrual, and paid sick leave where applicable Job Responsibilities:Accurately maintain and coordinate information regarding equipment build status, delays, and vendor needs while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.Manage weekly calls with manufacturers and vendors.Proactively identify issues and resolve or escalate to the Sales Manager, as appropriate.Work with finance department to schedule and secure flooring/funding of equipment upon completion at manufacturer.Assist the sales manager and sales associates with orders, financial documents, municate with vendors for equipment issues.Facilitate communication between sales team, vendor, and/or customer as needed.File for all incentives and manufacturing credits available per unit and follow up until funds have been collected.Issue all department purchase orders and code vendor invoices; create and track miscellaneous invoices to customers.Run reports out of CRM (SalesForce) monthly and as needed/requested.Participate in planning and coordinating vendor/customer/team events.Assist in sales team travel planning (includes arranging flights, hotel, and payment) and equipment transportationManage multi-line phone system and back up the reception desk as needed.Reconcile truck file accounts and expense accounts.
