GlobalView Associate Lead Consultant

Job Title: GlobalView Associate Lead Consultant Location: Alpharetta, GA Job Duties: ADP, Inc. seeks a GlobalView Associate Lead Consultant at our Alpharetta, GA location. Responsibilities: Participate in the development of software product packaging for Payroll and Employee Self Service (ESS) applications. Assist with software product packaging for pre-customized SAP products. Review and validate payroll software functional requirements from prospects, provide support for go-live projects, and validate payroll systems after software support packages are applied. Prepare blueprint questionnaires and presentation materials, participate in blueprint workshops, deliver blueprints, and configure payroll software systems. Document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scenarios and scripts. Support clients with UAT testing and parallel testing. Setup and test compliance solutions payroll services for tax filings and wage garnishments. Develop functional specifications for interfaces and test interfaces. Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related Engineering discipline or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master''s degree plus two (2) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor''s degree plus 5 years of experience. Up to 25% travel per business need. Work Experience: Two (2) years of experience must include: SAP Payroll module; SAP benefits module for 401K; SAP ASAP methodology; Cloning of employee data using Data Sync Manager (DSM); SAP Payroll functionality; User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Troubleshooting payroll errors using SAP payroll engine; Payroll Reconciliation; and Blueprinting workshops for gathering information on requirements.
