There couldn''t be a better time to join our growing team.Day-in-the-life: The KC Café Team Lead will drive customer experience and promote the success of the KC Café and Wine Bar throughout the organizationEffectively manage and problem solve while finding creative ways to exceed the monthly goal, as well as increase sales in the KC CaféManage inventory for multiple locations, as well as provide coaching/development to the teamAssign monthly duties and monitor the cafés'' overall appearance by visiting the various cafés and completing audit checklistsThe Team Lead will also submit orders and maintain proper inventory using ''first in, first out'' processPrepare and serve café menu itemsMonitor café equipment and schedule repairs as neededSafety: We have a dedicated safety team whose entire job is focused on keeping you safe.
