Staffmark is hiring motivated Assembly Workers to work at A.O. Smith in Johnson City. Excellent temp to hire position! Starting Pay $12.25/HR and goes to $17.76 in 90 to 150 days! Schedule available: 3:30pm - 12:00am Monday - Friday Job Duties: Assemble components while inspecting for fit, form, and function per defined procedures Machine operation Learn multiple tasks related to the assigned production area Use a variety of hand tools Work quickly but mindfully with minimal errors/mistakes Maintain a clean and safe production area Other duties as assigned Requirements of Assembly Worker 18+ years of age High School Diploma or GED required To be able to lift 30+ pounds Perks of Assembly Worker Temp to Hire Opportunity!
