Summary of Role: The Senior Manager, NH Inside Operations is responsible for leading the non-field based teams that support our New Homes business, including Community Account Managers, Builder Operations Managers, and Interconnection Coordinators. Collectively these teams are the primary points of contact to our customers & stakeholders: Builders Sales Teams (CAMs), Builders Superintendents (BOMs) and Utilities (Interconnection Specialists). These are the teams that plan for, set up, manage, and ensure success for our builder customers. This leader will collaborate with peer operations managers (Sr. Manager, Field Operations; Manager, Partner Operations; Sr. Manager, Multi-Family Operations, and Sr. Manager, Contracts and Administration) as well as sales leaders to ensure seamless handoff of work from contract signing to completion. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Drive performance of and support various teams to meet key metrics to deliver desired business results Develop a deep understanding of end to end process, identify areas for improvement with process and tools, drive them to implementation Support analysis of weekly results of key metrics for explanation and discussion in weekly business reviews Prepare the team for growth in key areas such as expansion outside of California and SunVault & wallbox deployments Lead relations with utilities to drive program enhancements and address operational issues that may arise Ability to manage multiple priorities, daily tasks, customer and builder related escalations Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors and customers face to face on occasion (20-30% travel within CA to meet with IPs in person, 70-80% office based.) Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision Required Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree 10 years of related experience Experience leading operations teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience or familiarity with solar Experience or familiarity with New Home construction industry and/or Solar Familiarity with , Excel Pivot tables Physical Demands and Working Conditions: At SunPower, we value the health and safety of all our team members. Less than or equal to 10% travel.
