The Digital Marketer and Social Media Strategist shares the success of the team and business units they support. You will work with the Digital Marketing Manager, Integrated Marketing Team, and Marketing Analytics to execute on the plan to drive results for the business. You are tightly aligned with the team on priorities, communicate exceptionally well on programs and status, and own the outcome of social marketing activities, both organic and paid. You monitor KPIs, execute tests, optimize audiences, and ultimately read results and pivot the strategy at a segment level if necessary to meet the ultimate objective of campaigns and the social channel. You are empowered to innovate through collaborative problem solving and process improvement.You will be responsible for initiating, creating, and executing cross-channel social campaigns under Enverus for brand awareness, increased engagement (followers) and specific sales segment marketing campaign initiatives. This will more specifically include promoting solutions, case-studies, webinars, brand, and revenue generating content and engaging content on social channels. Varying levels of experience with the following other digital channels is required: email marketing, SEO, in-app promotions, SEM, and other digital channels as needed. You will collaborate with other digital channel strategists to recommend the appropriate channel mix for specific segments or campaign types based on experience, testing, and results. You have proven experience with the LinkedIn platform, building and optimizing audiences, and leveraging all functionality of the platform. You have hands-on experience in building a social strategy across organic and paid social advertising, budget ownership and management to include analyzing and reporting budget variances. You can research and offer advanced techniques and best practices within social media, marketing automation and digital marketing. You will also support the Digital Marketing Team, when necessary, in campaign execution and review the work of junior staff. With a regular cadence, you will project and report on the success of the social channel strategy by evaluating and sharing KPI performance within integrated campaigns and social channel reviews with the broader marketing team. You have experience in developing internal social programs to leverage employees as brand advocates across social networks.Responsibilities: Participate in digital and segment team meetings to help prioritization of campaigns and programs Execute social media campaigns for various segments and campaign initiatives Cross-channel training and support to the broader Digital Marketing team where needed to include the execution of email campaigns, engagement studios, webinars, Pendo channel set-up etc. for a specific sales segment(s) as needed Work with your manager, other digital marketers, and integrated marketing to define social media plans to drive lead-generating traffic to the website and landing pages organically and through optimized paid Help develop, evaluate, and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures on social media Drive innovative social media and digital marketing strategies by testing and applying learnings Recommend innovative solutions for social campaigns - Paid and Organic Partner with team members and channel specialists to optimize marketing campaign results Strong understanding of digital marketing channel mix best practices Participate in tool evaluation and implementation related to social media execution, reporting and analysis and dashboards in addition to just the native platforms. Build and optimize dashboards around the social channel with tools. Manage social efforts like posting engaging content on social channels, optimizing channels, engagement with and monitoring users on channels, managing social campaigns, etc. Build, track, report and analyze social media metrics by channel to determine effectiveness through dashboards and reporting tools such as HootSuite or the native social platforms.Requirements: LinkedIn Advertising Specialist with proven success of managing big budgets Experience pushing social ads (leveraging an ABM) tool, retargeting of digital marketing execution in multiple channels and building strategy for Social Media channel. Strategic thinker / problem solver - can think long term Proven consulting skills to collaborate with team in producing cross channel and integrated marketing campaigns - though SME for a given channel Knowledge of marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce) Strong quantitative skills - make decisions based on data Strong team orientation Exceptional communication skills, expectation setting, and follow through Project management rigor or experience BA, BS in marketing or related field
