UST is looking for a high-energy, collaborative leader with a deep passion for technology, elevating the customer experience and driving growth through organizational and digital transformation. This leader should display an entrepreneurial mindset and use the deep knowledge gained through experience working in the Banking Payments industry to skillfully communicate with customers on how UST can accelerate positive business outcomes. Our ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Banking Payments with technical expertise and experience building relationships with and advising CEOs, boards, and the broader C-suite on digital strategy globally. The candidate will also build UST''s brand equity and achieve customer delight by engaging with customers, understanding their business priorities/strategies, and aligning UST''s digital platforms, technology tools, solutions, and other digital assets to create an unbound impact. Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities for the role Spearhead the GTM strategy and playbook for selling and marketing to the Banking Payments industry, including market definition, strategic positioning, whole product definition, pricing and packaging, marketing and channel strategy, etc. Craft differentiated messaging, marketing, and sales materials that resonate with executive audiences in the Banking Payments industry Build a pipeline of target prospects for UST products and services through traditional means of prospecting as well as building and leveraging a diverse group of ecosystem partners to provide referrals and business development opportunities Develop and leverage an in-depth understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and business and industry priorities, acting as subject matter expert for both internal and external audiences, monitor and share insights and evangelize solutions and services Build, cultivate and establish meaningful, trusted relationships with CxOs of target client organizations Leverage thought leadership content, digital platforms, solutions, frameworks, and other technology assets to expand UST''s footprint in the client''s organization Plan, execute, and manage the sales strategy to acquire and grow relationships with clients and sell UST solutions and services to them Build and identify the addressable marketing opportunity, develop benchmarks and specific measures of success, and evangelize alternate financial models to deliver value to clients Show mastery of UST''s value proposition and align core offerings to your customer set Analyzes details of competitor offerings, including market share, pricing, and technologies Proven commercial leadership and growth with revenue/P&L oversight Other requirements Establish and strengthen relationships with industry players, emerging and established, including competitors, to help anticipate trends Develop and maintain strong, trusted, and mutually beneficial relationships with other sales team members and work cross-functionally with the broader UST team Work with internal teams on RFxs from clients and respond with our offerings and proposal create a winning proposition for clients Experience with design and implementation of business change across the Banking Payments domain. Maintain an understanding of advancements in regulations, technology, and innovations that are happening in the Banking Payments industries. Experience and knowledge of key trends in the Banking Payments industries, and a passion for selling and delivering in critical markets Experience and familiarity with utilizing customer experience and customer relationship management tools and solutions to track, manage and report data Independently create sales collateral and market research insights to support client meetings and articulate UST''s value propositions and market offerings Able to craft and articulate client-specific solution architecture as well as longer-term technology roadmaps for client organizations Relevant industry experience with deep experience in IT Strategy and modern technology solutions Able to craft compelling services and solutions to facilitate cost savings and revenue growth for clients Able to exhibit a reliable grasp of value articulation principles, including client ROI and appropriate storyboarding techniques. Strong background in global B2B sales and relationship management Exhibit a strong knowledge and experience within the international delivery service model Ability to conceptualize, analyze, and create blueprints for business transformations and present solutions across multiple domains Experience with lead management and marketing tools Required skills High energy, willingness to work hard, and committed to the core vision and values & culture of UST Demonstrated ability to drive influence to build and nurture a best-in-class team Preferred experience in the Banking Payments domain with experience working within Banking organizations. Ability to structure and establish relationships at all levels with a demonstrable network of industry relationships and client executive contacts Good sense of self and strong presence; gravitas A self-starter and champion of customer centricity, customer experience with a successful track record in building strategies that meet customer needs and business priorities Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a knack for charismatic, compelling storytelling and the innate ability to make the complex Effectively communicate and negotiate priorities between clients and UST teams to deliver services A bias towards taking action and getting it done, learning from customers and teams, measuring success, and constantly iterating to drive growth creatively
