We''re looking for someone to oversee projects for residential & commercial losses caused by fire, water, mold and natural disastersResponsible to inspect new jobs and gain scope of work including required subcontractors.Responsible to photograph of job site/areas to gain job scope for crew and estimate the job per company standardsResponsible to prepares estimates in our Software, including new job estimates, supplemental on existing jobs, completed jobs based on T&M.Negotiate restoration services and insurance claims settlementsResponsible to follow up with adjuster on approval of new estimates/jobsSchedule jobs (Packout, Packback, Cleaning, TLI, etc.) with necessary party per claim (insured, adjuster, contractor, etc.).Plan, budget, organize and manage crews and subcontractorsContinually communicate job status to the contractor and adjuster.Job cost analysis-prior to start (based on estimate)Prepare a job cost analysis for all jobsRequirements:2+ years'' experience as a project manager, preferably in the restoration/ construction industryPrior Disaster mitigation estimating experience highly desiredValid Driver''s License; ability to travel from project to project within the Twin CitiesAbility to manage budgets and schedulesAbility to recognize and solve problems independentlyStrong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, responsible and accountableAdditional Info:Pay range: Total comp in YEAR 1 will be around $70-80K (Base salary + bonus/commision paid out on completion of jobs; the base comp with be determined by the indivisudal''s experience level)In year 2, it would be attainable to hit 6 figuresSchedule: Based on the needs of the project: hours between 7am-6pm typicallyLocation: Hybrid; they have an office in St. Louis Park you can use but a lot of time will be spent out in the field at client projects Type: Direct Hire w/ FULL BENEFITS We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
