As a purposeful leader, you will be setting benchmarks and metrics, coaching to success, and helping to deploy strategies that enrich our associates.Core Responsibilities:Deliver results against a defined scope of work that includes measurable KPI''s, strategic innovation, performance reporting, and human capital developmentHire, train, manage and motivate a team.Provide ongoing feedback and development plans for the team to support their success.Provide employees guidance regarding methodologies, techniques and specific role-based skills.Use a continuous improvement approach to enhance productivity, staff utilization/capacity, and quality to achieve employee engagementArticulate recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process with internal stakeholders and clients.Requirements for consideration:5+ years'' experience in full lifecycle recruiting in any industry, high volume preferredDemonstrated ability to use and interpret key performance indicators and adjust to changing environment requirements5+ years experience in leading a team of hourly staff (remote work helpful)Bachelors degree or higher preferred but not requiredAbility to ramp up quickly on a new client, role or process; and manage expectations, demands, and priorities of multiple internal stakeholdersStrong process focus is shown in examples of creating and driving strategies that include visual controls, standard accountability process, and lead standard work.About Remote Work:This role is 100% remote.
