This is a great opportunity for someone seeking to expand their skillset, experience career growth, and make positive contributions to the procurement team.DescriptionAssists in and independently runs RFPs and RFIs and develops consolidated overview of the supplier proposals, assists with scoring supplier responses, and performs calculations on supplier cost and total cost of ownership (TCO) model.Actively seeks ways to streamline business processes; researches and provides information on industry category trends and best practices. Provide procurement input to maximize procurement leverage, optimize project design and minimize project duration and cost.Collect and analyze data on internal factors such as spend, internal business partner requirements, as well as external factors such as contract compliance, supplier performance, industry and market dynamics, and products/services trendsSupport business case development including detailed costs and benefits along with associated risks and risk mitigation plansProvides strategic inputs in development of category specific strategiesProvides analytical support during the supplier screening and selection processClearly, concisely, and visually summarize and interpret large volumes of data into reports for key stakeholdersPrepare fact-based negotiation package which supports the indirect procurement team in the negotiation processSupports identification of opportunities and actions for continuous improvement by means of analysis of supplier performance and internal KPI data Collect data and perform data analysis to support validation of potential opportunity valueProfileIn return for a competitive compensation package, the ideal candidate will possess the following: 3+ years of experienceIndirect procurement experience is a must Strong analytical skillsExperience with contracting and negotiation Experience with process mapping, pricing models, causes of importance, and identification of riskExperience running RFPs and RFQs Able to thrive in a hybrid/remote working modelArticulate and concise communication - both written and verbal communicationAbility to work well both independently and with a teamImpeccable attention to detailPLUS: IT experience - hardware or software Job OfferTarget compensation for the Senior Sourcing Analyst - Indirect is $70,000 - $95,000 + bonus commensurate on candidate experienceVery flexible Hybrid Working Model
