Job Description

Location: Denver, CO Type: Full-Time As a Blue Raven Solar Electrician your primary responsibility will be to safely mount electrical equipment and complete both breaker and tap tie-ins. You will be held to the highest quality and safety standards to ensure the integrity of the solar system for during and after the install and following energization. This position will require the individual to have reliable transportation and the ability to communicate with other crew members and our corporate office effectively and efficiently. Reliable communication is absolutely crucial. Diagnose and troubleshoot system components to resolve electrical issues Lead the installation of electrical systems that interconnect the solar array to the grid Ensure work performed by all electricians is of good workmanship and compliant with current NEC and local codes Work with crew members and homeowners to fulfill any necessary system troubleshooting to support solar equipment installation Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of electrical installation and repair experience Working knowledge of current NEC codes and experience replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels PV Solar installation experience is preferred but not requiredCurrent Colorado Journeyman or Residential Wireman License requiredAbility to read and interpret single line drawings Must be able to consistently carry up to 60 pounds and be comfortable working with heights Must be able to climb ladder, stairs, work on rooftops, and work on feet for long periods of time Must have a reliable means of transportation Compensation: $56,000-$70,000 Depending on Experience Full Benefits (including pet insurance!) Extremely high growth potential
