Recruiter / HR Representative ($50-60K)

Job duties include: Full cycle recruiting including: posting job advertisements, recruiting, pre-employment testing, and assisting with employee orientation and on-boardingConducting phone interviews and scheduling in-person interviews with the hiring managers Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentationAssisting with the benefits enrollment processMaintaining current HR files and databasesUpdating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar recordsHours: 8AM -4:30 PM Monday - Friday Contract to hire after 6 months! 100% in-office in Eden Prairie Seeking 1+ year of HR and/or Recruiting Experience We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
