BUSINESS CONTROL SPECIALIST Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Business Control Specialist for a contract position in Fort Worth, TX. Opportunity will be eight months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Review of different sections of mortgage collateral documents (Note, Mortgage, Title Policy, Modification, etc.) to verify the compliance with Ginnie Mae document requirements for Final Certification. Identify missing documents and enter any non-compliant conditions to system of record. Review checklist attached. Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to follow instructions accurately without deviation. This is a production driven environment. Ability to work with confidential, highly sensitive information a MUST.Qualifications: The position requires an individual who is production and quality focused, detail oriented and who is capable of working in a high volume and demanding production environment. Computer proficiency including high comfort level with Microsoft office production suite required.
