Come join a company where you can learn, grow, have fun, and create memories and experiences that will last a lifetime!Job DetailsYou are a pivotal team member sharing responsibility for the Reliability, Security, and Maintainability of the PlatformOperate and monitor cloud server, Kubernetes, Serverless, and hosted database systemsCollaborate regularly with software development engineers to ensure we are delivering delight to the users of our productsDeveloping Terraform modules, importing, maintaining state, ensuring that IAC pipelines result in consistent cloud platforms across environmentsDiagnose, resolve, and prepare written analysis for Reliability issues (RCAs)You should know the following:5+ years of full-time Site Reliability related workExperience with building, maintaining, and supporting workloads in public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), ideally via APIsWorking knowledge of infrastructure-as-code and related automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, and/or AnsibleCompetent with source control management (i.e. git, Visual Studio Code, Merge/Pull Reviews)Kubernetes competency including supporting tools such as kubectl, helm, Prometheus, and GrafanaProven experience in container orchestration esp. Docker and KubernetesProficiency in Observability (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.)Well-versed in Identity and Access Management best practices such as RBAC, least privilege, MFA, and secrets managementPractical experience developing in Shell scripts, Python, JSON, YAML, etc.Good understanding of TCP/IP networking and core technologies (DNS, TLS, HTTPS, etc.)Fundamental understanding of data storage technologies such as MySQL, Postgres, and/or MongoDBEmbraces the Agile, collaborative workflows (Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Deployment, feature-driven, and test-driven development processes, Kanban, LEAN, and SOLID a plus)Interested in hearing more?
