Heath/Dental Accelerated Career Growth!Job DetailsIn this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing process and equipment improvements designed to improve safety, quality, equipment reliability, performance and manufacturing efficiency.* Lead process improvement initiatives including process experimentation, process design, process optimization, process control, and process definition and documentation to reduce waste to achieve continuous improvement and ultimately lead to quantum leap cost reductions. * Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives to improve safety, reduce cycle times, improve productivity, create and find capacity, improve process reliability, and improve customer satisfaction with respect to on time delivery, yields, and quality. * Champion health and safety initiatives within the quality functions to ensure employee safety. * Improve customer satisfaction with respect to on-time delivery yields and quality.* Participate in or leads cross functional team meetings.
