RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Prepares treatment plans for each patient on their caseloadProvides individual and group therapyEnsures all documentation regarding patient care, treatment, and incidents is completed timely and in a clear and concise mannerProvides crisis intervention to patientsAssists with aftercare planning as neededREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor''s degree in social or health servicesTwo or more years'' experience in the counseling fieldAt least one year clinical experience specifically with chemically dependent / dually diagnosed populationAssociate/Provisional clinical licensureIf not already in process, willingness to obtain licensure or certification in the addiction fieldCrisis Prevention/De-escalation certification and CPR & First Aid (Offered at facility).Ability to work with male/female, adult (18-over) substance abuse/dually diagnosed population.
