Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

2141 CRISIS-RN-L&D Nightshift 48 hours 16 weeks - Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification (AWHONN) NRP BLS ACLSis Required. COVID-19 Staffing Requirement. Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment. Bachelors degree (BSN) preferred acute care facility experience preferred Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. This unit provides labor delivery recovery postpartum and newborn (LDRPN) services. The OB Triage function is included here if performed by staff in this department.
