The services are provided using a trauma-informed and person-centered approach, and strive to include families in treatment and the Residential Treatment Facility staff, if applicable. The Director has full responsibility for the on-going clinical and administrative oversight of Jewish Board''s Children''s Day Treatment programs. The Director provides on-going training, supervision, and guidance to the staff, and support the provision of quality care and continuous performance improvement. The Director is knowledgeable of all Regulatory and payor requirements and Agency/Divisional standards and practices. Responsible for the clinical, operational and fiscal oversight of programs. Provides regularly scheduled supervision and provides immediate guidance and assistance in emergency situations. Develops the professional skills and leadership competencies of each program''s on-site supervision/team director. Visits all programs regularly and as needed. Runs case conferences and case/incident debriefings Hires and orients new staff, evaluates staff, and provides training through regular individual supervision, team meetings and case conferences. QUALIFICATIONS/Requirements: The Jewish Board is currently looking for talented Social Workers of all cultures, religions, races, and gender expressions with the following qualifications: Master''s Degree in Social Work and New York State LCSW required. Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience and minimum of two (2) years program management experience. Experience working in a setting that provides therapy for children and adolescents and their families. Children''s Day Treatment experience and/or experience working in a school setting or a RTF a plus.
