Job Description:WHY SHOULD I APPLY? (Overview of Role)This position leads testing, defect resolution, production support, and other execution functions within the Operations team in the marketing organization responsible for campaign design and delivery for all Offers Management channels. The team manages the development, design, execution, and delivery of targeted offers, referrals, and appointments to associate facing channels (Financial Centers, Deposit and Card Contact Centers, HL Centralized Sales), and digital channels (all OLB and mobile channels and subchannels including Erica, etc.).WHAT WILL I BE DOING? (Responsibilities)- Drives the end-to-end testing process including writing and editing test scripts, maintaining and updating test script templates, creating release-level test plans, ensuring last-minute changes are tested, requesting data, conditioning data, etc.- Reduces the risk of defects by performing User Acceptance Testing and Production Certification for offer deployments and ongoing monitoring of the production environment including troubleshooting issues.- Manages strict execution timelines and SLAs for test script preparation, test data requests, etc. to ensure on-time and error-free campaign deployment.- Drives defect resolution by managing across teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.- SME on Offers Management, real-time rules, file functionality, all front-end applications (Lead Gen, Interact, Sales and Service App, Synergy/RDUI, iOriginate, OLB, mobile, etc.), and back-end system capabilities. [Training Provided]- Creates innovative solutions to complex testing or defect issues to minimize execution resources and increase speed to market.SKILLS WE LOOK FORRequired Skills - BA/BS Degree- 5+ years of Testing experience- Detail oriented and execution focused (speed to execution and quality of execution are critical)- Ability to navigate the organization to accomplish goals- Strong relationship management skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to operate in the gray spaceDesired Skills- Previous experience in a highly matrixed financial institution- Experience with Lead Generation in a Marketing organizationJob Band:H5Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:Referral Bonus Amount:0 --> Job Description:WHY SHOULD I APPLY?
