The HCDC Outpatient Clinic (OPC) is an Article 31 clinic. Clinicians of the HCDC OPC work in multiple capacities to improve the social and emotional well-being of very young children beginning at birth and extending through the school age years. Clinicians collaborate with caregivers to strengthen their child''s capacity to love, develop a sense of self, learn and adapt to their environments. The HCDC OPC is family-oriented and multidisciplinary. The HCDC OPC offers evaluations and treatment planning, individual, dyadic, family and group therapy; and family guidance. Some of the treatment modalities offered by clinicians include Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Circle of Security and Seeking Safety. Come join our team. The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the Clinic''s leadership team and is primarily responsible for implementation and oversight of new/innovative clinical services, or models of care, clinical supervision and professional development of licensed staff and clinical interns. Additional responsibilities of this position include: Onboarding and training of clinicians and interns Provision of individual and group administrative and reflective supervision to clinical staff in their treatment of young children (ages 0-8) and their families. Leading meetings and trainings to support the professional development and learning needs of our clinical team. Supervision and provision of crisis intervention and clinical risk management. Ensuring compliance with Jewish Board and regulator (OMH) standards, policies and procedures. Overseeing assignment and management of cases Direct service provision to a limited caseload of young children (ages 0-8) and their families, including individual, dyadic, family and group therapy. Tracking client engagement and utilization of clinic services Overseeing quality assurance projects and other projects as needed Development and maintenance of relationships and linkages with external service providers, including; schools, mental health, substance abuse and domestic violence providers for child and caregiver referrals Collaborate with clinic leadership in the development of safety, security and emergency systems and protocols Clinical and administrative clinic coverage TO QUALIFY The Jewish Board is currently looking for talented Clinical Supervisors of all cultures, religions, races, and gender expressions with the following qualifications: LCSW licensure or doctoral licensure in clinical psychology (PhD or PsyD) required 3 to 5 years of experience in mental health service program administration Minimum of 2 years of program supervisory experience Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills Strong administrative skills as well as an understanding of mental health delivery issues Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaker required Solid clinical skills and knowledgeable of evidence-based practices Excellent organizational skills, team work and communication skillsExperience working with electronic health record systems We respect diversity and accordingly are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, alienage, citizenship status, age, disability, sex, gender, gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, partnership status, veteran status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.This applies with respect to recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, transfer, training, compensation, termination, assignments, benefits, employee activities, access to facilities and programs, and all other terms and condition of employment as well as general treatment during employment.
