Maintenance Technician

We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Syracuse, NY.**$1,000 client sign on bonus once transitioned to permanent **Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pmRotational on call basis$17/hour DOECandidates must be skilled in drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry, and flooring; HVAC experience helpful. Position is also responsible for grounds maintenance and snow removal. Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities. Must be self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as on a team. Must have good communication skills for timely follow-up on work orders with team members.
