Job Number: 42741Customer Service RepresentativeJob Description:Our client, a durable medical equipment supplier in Wilmington, is seeking a Customer Serbice Representative to join their team. This company is passionate about career and personal development and growth. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. Pay starts at $14/hour.Responsibilities:Process incoming phone calls and facilitate appropriate action.Perform in all aspects of customer service, incl: returns, pricing, follow-up support.Review vendor confirmations and invoices to ensure accuracy of orders.Process customer Sales Orders and vendor Purchase Orders.Monitor and notify customers of orders that are backordered and discontinued.Maintain customer relations by providing unlimited help and support. Assist with processing of a range of daily administrative business functions.Maintain a positive & team oriented environment and relationshipsMaintain clean and safe work environment.Participate in QI Plan as appropriate.Participate in continuing education programs.Report product incidents as required in accordance with policy.Education Requirements:High school education required.Desired Background/Skills:Effective verbal and written communication skills.Experience in customer service.
