Job Description:The Retirement Onboarding and Operations teams within Wealth Management Operations provide onboarding, plan maintenance and operational support for Institutional and Personal Retirement clients for product lines offered through Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS).The 401(k) Payroll Processing team within Retirement Onboarding and Operations is responsible for administering 401(k) plans for a large number of employers, including many Fortune 500 companies. This role will report directly to a payroll processing manager and work closely with Customer Service Managers (CSM), Plan Sponsors (PS), and management to support 401(k) inbound payroll processing functions.Team members should expect to learn the 401(k) product as well as the skills needed to build a strong foundation for a career in financial services. GWIM Operations Analysts work in a team environment, assisting internal partners to facilitate requests originated by 401(k) participants and by plan sponsors of the companies we service.
