Quaity/Warranty Engineer

A Quality/Warranty Engineer job in Auburn Hills, MI is available courtesy of Modis. This Specialist provides a point of contact between the company and the customers to address any issues related to product quality and warranty claims. You will work directly with customers and provide detailed feedback to the team regarding customer concerns. In this position you will also analyze customer warranty debits to determine responsibility level and negotiate recovery amounts based on agreements.
